Lift a Karen All Weights: Confirmed List, Rarity & Prices

The confirmed Lift a Karen weights list: four weight-named store products with rarity labels and Robux prices, plus how weights and chest rolls grant Muscle.

Weights are the items behind Lift a Karen's whole progression: the official game description from developer Team Lychee! tells you to "Lift weights to gain Muscle and lift Karens faster," and to "Open chests and roll rare weights to gain even more Muscle." The only weight items that can currently be identified by name are four entries in the game's Robux store — Common Weight (R$1), Uncommon Weight (R$3), Op weight (R$10) and Rare Weight (R$29) — each labeled by the rarity word in its own name. No Muscle number is displayed for any weight anywhere in official material, so this reference compares exactly what the game actually shows: the rarity marker and the price. Nothing below is invented to fill the gaps.

How weights fit the Muscle loop

The official description lays the loop out line by line: lift weights to gain Muscle and lift Karens faster, buy powerful Auras to lift weights faster, open chests and roll rare weights for even more Muscle, and buy Speed upgrades to travel faster. Muscle is what lets you hoist the game's namesake Karens — described as "WAY too HEAVY" — and throw them into the pit, so every weight you train with feeds that goal. The training loop itself is covered step by step in the how to gain Muscle fast guide, and the Muscle thresholds it unlocks are on the Muscle requirements page.

Keep three things apart, because they do different jobs:

  • Weights are the items you train with; better weights mean more Muscle per lifting session, in principle.
  • Chests are the gameplay channel that rolls rare weights — the stated way to get "even more Muscle" out of your lifting.
  • Auras and Muscle multipliers (1.5X Muscle, 2X Muscle, 4X Muscle) are boost purchases. They change how fast you train, but they are not weight items and do not belong on a weight list.

The confirmed weight list

These four products are the only individually named weights verifiable in Lift a Karen today. Names are written exactly as they appear in the game's dev-product catalog:

Weight product (name as listed)PriceRarity marker shown
Common WeightR$1Common
Uncommon WeightR$3Uncommon
Op weightR$10Op (written exactly so; no tier label)
Rare WeightR$29Rare

What the catalog does and doesn't tell you:

  • The entries sit in the game's dev-product catalog of 28 products priced R$1 to R$499. The public listing is truncated — 12 products are visible with a "Show all 28" control — so even the store view is partial, and more weight-named products may exist unseen.
  • The rarity word is part of each product's name. "Op" is not a standard tier word and carries no label, so treat it as exactly what's written rather than reading a rarity scale into it. Whether these store names match rarity labels shown inside the in-game inventory isn't shown by the listing.
  • These are paid Robux products, and the listing doesn't show whether buying one grants the same in-game weight items that chests roll.
  • Don't confuse the neighbors: 1.5X Muscle (R$1), 2X Muscle (R$5) and 4X Muscle (R$19) appear near the weights in the same catalog but are Muscle multipliers, not weights.

Comparing weights: what can actually be compared

The attribute this page most wants to compare — Muscle benefit per weight — is never displayed as a number. The official description says only that lifting weights gains Muscle and that rare chest-rolled weights give "even more" of it, which is qualitative. So the honest comparison available today is the one in the table above: rarity word and price. The prices do rise in the order the names suggest (R$1 → R$3 → R$10 → R$29), but without displayed gains, "which weight gives the most Muscle" can't be answered with figures yet. For a ranked view built on that same evidence, see the best weights comparison; chest-roll luck and odds live on the weight odds page.

How you get weights

Two channels are documented, and neither comes with per-item detail:

  1. Chests. Opening chests rolls rare weights — that's the stated gameplay route. No source maps a specific weight to a specific chest, zone or activity, and no drop chance is published in the material behind this page, so treat chest rolling as the system, not a recipe for any single weight.
  2. The Robux store. The four products above are bought directly at R$1 to R$29.

No free route to a specific named weight is documented. Once you've banked Muscle from whichever route you use, the progression guide covers what it unlocks next.

Keep this list current

The catalog snapshot behind the table is truncated, and balancing updates can rename products, change prices, or alter displayed gains — so check the in-game store before spending Robux, and follow patch coverage on the Updates page. If a new weight-named product appears in the visible catalog or an update reveals in-game Muscle values, it belongs on this page first.
